Addressing Turnover (Arthur Nisly)

When mission workers must leave their place of ministry before they planned to leave, everyone loses! Kingdom momentum is lost, worker growth potential is stifled, and there are even financial losses. Language learning and adapting to another culture take time before the next person can truly be effective. These are all lost when replacement workers are needed. This presentation gives ideas about adequate preparation before going and best practices while on the field that mission boards, field directors, church leaders and individual workers themselves can implement in order to limit unnecessary turnover.
