he burden behind this workshop is that we finish well in the ministries that God has called us to. Too frequently the exhaustion of never being able to rest catches up with the best of us. How sad when uniquely gifted individuals must leave strategic places of ministry because of overload and burnout!
Arthur discusses how overload and burnout look, common external and internal sources, and their solutions. We will learn from the way Jesus handled pressure in ministry and how to have appropriate balance in all areas of our lives.
