An Anabaptist Resource for Teaching and Learning
Adequate structure and great processes provide the anchor to stable board governance. Board work is teamwork and boards usually consist of highly capable, seasoned individuals. Yet too often, the structure and processes fail to engage the talent and reap the full wisdom of board members. The culprit is often a fixation on operations to the neglect of board structure and particularly lack of quality discussion about what really matters!
