Faith Builders Administrators Conference and Retreat

The vitality of our schools depends, among other things, on good administration. Since 2010, the Administrators Conference and Retreat has served Anabaptist communities by helping administrators build vision for their schools and become effective leaders.

2025 Program

The keynote sessions at ACR 2025 will be given by Marcus Fox. Marcus and his wife Vonda live in Reading, PA, where Marcus has lived for 46 of his 50 years. They enjoyed raising their five children in an urban environment. Marcus currently serves as a pastor at Fairview Mennonite Church and administrator of Fairview Christian School. He has worked full time in the church and school for the last 20-plus years. Marcus is passionate about living in the city where the light of Jesus Christ can shine brightly and enjoys the many challenges urban living provides.

The theme of his sessions will be “Lessons in Leadership,” in which he will draw on his experiences as a dad, school leader, and pastor to share what he has learned about godly and effective leadership. The focus of the three sessions will be:

1. Navigating the Pitfalls and Opportunities of Education
2. Caring for Your Family While Fulfilling Your Leadership Role
3. Maintaining Purity in a World Where Many Leaders Are Falling
