Hello. You have a very good question…our school is struggling slightly with this issue as well and we as a board are visiting this situation before it gets out of hand. This topic gives some very good pointers on how to handle absentee issues. However, I would also like to challenge you with a question, “Where is your school board?” I feel strongly they should be the ones that are wrestling with this issue…not the teacher.
