As a high school educator I realize it is my role to prepare students for adult life in our community. We should be teaching accounting and CAD rather than Calculus and Chemistry.
Does someone have experience or suggestions on teaching SolidWorks or Quickbooks at a high school level (small Mennonite high school: you know the nuances)? Are there curricula available?

A couple of years ago I ran a unit on Quickbooks in my economics class. There is good material available but it is expensive. I simply got each of the students to sign up for a free (30 or 60) day (I forget exactly how long it was) trial (they will need a google account or e-mail). I then found some resources and documents online to use for practice.
