Intentional Ministerial Involvement

“And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ.” –Ephesians 4:11-12

Your job as a minister is to be an equipper. As a pastor and a board member you have the opportunity to equip the board to do what it has been tasked with.
