We are looking for teachers who want to have opportunity to grow and develop while through relationship inspiring young people to live their lives fully sold out to Jesus Christ. We have a need for both a homeroom teacher in our 9th & 10th grade homeroom and our 11th & 12th grade homeroom. Teachers would teach a variety of subjects, ranging from Algebra to Literature. With multiple high school teachers we do lean on teachers to teach to both grades in areas of academic strength. Our school mission and purpose is driven by relationships, more than teaching academics we want to reach the heart. Our primary vision for our homeroom teachers is for them to lead their class as a group and to develop good relationships with their students. In reaching our student’s hearts we want to inspire them to learn to love to learn and live a life long after school that is directed in following Jesus. We have an Academic Dean hired for next year who will be part of creating a program in our staff team to develop teachers at a professional level as well as continuing our heart to care for teachers at a personal/relational level as well.
