Hampden Christian School serves children ages 6 weeks through 8th grade. Listed below are our needs for the school year 2019-20, beginning in August 2019. Please note that even though we are a school, we do run a daycare year-round. All teachers are expected to work most of the summer. Needs & opportunities in Baltimore (Hampden Christian School)

1. Grade 5-6 Teacher: This teacher would teach gr. 5-6 classes (4 students) in the morning. In the afternoon, three 8th grade students would join the classroom.
2. Grade 3-4 teacher: This teacher’s primary responsibility would be teaching a group of 7 students.
3. 3-year-old teacher: This position involves taking primary responsibility for a group of ten 3-year-olds, making lesson plans, and communicating with their parents.
4. Infant head teacher: This position involves taking primary responsibility for a group of 6 infants, keeping records and communicating with parents.
5. Infant assistant teacher: This person would work under an infant head teacher, caring for children under a year old.
