Bring Hope to Students For the most up to date listings of available positions please visit: TidingsofPeace.org/Join Role Descriptions Elementary Home Room Teacher | Responsible for teaching classes, maintaining student morale and motivation, and meeting the unique, individual needs of the students in their homeroom. Flex Subject Teacher | Teach between 3-5 classes where needed. Elementary Subject Teacher | Teach between 4-5 classes in the fifth through eighth grade classes. As time allows, join the middle school break. High School Subject Teacher | Teach between 4-5 classes in the high school classes. Resource Room Teacher | Responsible for identifying and implementing a plan for students who are struggling academically. Cook | Runs the kitchen, cooks meals and provides snack to all students and staff. Maintenance| An employee of the church responsible for maintaining all buildings, grounds, and vehicles for the church, school, and staff houses. Staff Care Couple| Liaisons between church/school leadership and staff, who provide a listening ear and council for matters of emotional or spiritual nature
