An Anabaptist Resource for Teaching and Learning
Missionaries enthusiastically embrace the romantic adventure of experiencing a foreign culture. But many soon find themselves frustrated by an invisible wall that separates them from the people they desperately desire to communicate with. Frequently this wall has been unwittingly erected by the missionary himself. In this session we would like to suggest a few pointers that could help the foreign missionary, not only to adapt to the new culture, but to be accepted and loved by the people he relates to, and thereby becoming an effective communicator of the gospel.
