At the center of the health of a non-profit organization are integrity and trustworthiness. Finances, public relations, and board strength are just a few areas that are tested on occasion in this arena. At the end of the day, every board and management team needs to know that no known breach of integrity exists between themselves, the people they serve, and the support-base that makes the ministry possible.
