The current state of unrest is driven by political polarization, cultural pressures, and rapid information access which fosters a reactive, politically charged mindset. Considering these realities, Gerald urges school boards to proactively shape their school’s futures rather than react with fear or inaction.
He provides three steps as a way to move forward with intention:
