Internal controls can be like brakes on a car: unnoticed until they stop working. In this session we will discuss how to develop appropriate internal financial controls for organizations of various sizes, and addresses specifics such as handling cash, working with assets in international locations, and how to discuss the importance of internal controls with your board and staff.
