Familiarizing Ourselves with the Culture of Jesus’ Day (Steve Overholt)

The purpose of this talk is to help inform us of the broader context of the New Testament in general and of the Gospels in particular. In what ways was the time of Jesus similar to that of the Old Testament, and in what ways was it different? And how did these similarities and differences help create the ‘fullness of time’ mentioned in Galations 4:4?
