This workshop gives some ideas for mentoring and developing the young people who come to work in your organization. Young people who are interested in voluntary service or mission work are typically also interested in becoming more mature. The pressures of ministry often highlight their need of personal and spiritual growth. Because of this we have special opportunities to disciple them and encourage that growth. Sheldon discusses ways to make the most of these opportunities, and gives suggestions for integrating mentoring activities into work routines.
