Shepherding your School

As an administrator it is a profound privilege and responsibility to work with people and team with a community to shepherd a school. Along with this responsibility comes a tremendous responsibility: to bear the weight of working with broken people and situations. Gerald offers a set of principles to guide our work of shepherding: we must ourselves know the Shepherd, we must allow others to shepherd ourselves, and we must share a willingness to serve others.
